Do I have Medicaid or Medicare?
Low-income and disabled individuals who need financial support for their medical conditions may qualify for Medicaid or California Medi-Cal. It is not the same as Medicare for retirees and beneficiaries. If you qualify for Medicaid or Medi-Cal, you may be eligible for a dual Medicare and Medicaid plan. What is a D-SNP plan, and what does it include?
With some D-SNP plans, insurance carriers roll your Medicare and Medicaid benefits into one simple health plan. So you’ll still have all of the coverage provided by both Medicare and Medicaid. In addition, you may receive extra features and benefits at no extra cost, including:
